3 contact hours. A study in singing, playing, and dictation of the same materials studied in MU107 and study of the melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic structures of non-Western cultures. Prerequisites: MU150 - Introduction to Western Music. Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: or instructor's permission. Must be taken concurrently with MU107
