IB376 International Business

Introduction and overview of international business as it has evolved to the present time. Coverage includes the evolution of international business structure, processes utilized by international and multi-national businesses, and the effect of national policy on international business. Particular attention will be devoted to evaluating how culture, language, political and legal issues impact management policy and decision making. The course also explores the role of mid-size firms in the international market. Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: MK330 and EC201 or EC101
