MSL324 Leadership and Ethics
Examines the role communications, values, and ethics play in effective leadership. Topics include ethical decision-making, considerations of others, spirituality in the military, and survey Army leadership doctrine. Emphasis on improving oral and written communication ability. Note: Course is part of cross-town agreement with U.S. Army. Offered on UMC campus. Prerequisites: MSL323 - Leadership and Problem Solving
