NU527 Organizational Leadership & Change
This course prepares nurse leaders to plan and propose organizational changes within complex healthcare systems. Covers organizational structures and governance, strategy deployment, change-management models, equity-minded leadership, fiscal stewardship, ethics, and accountability for outcomes. Emphasis is placed on leading with influence across interprofessional teams and aligning initiatives with institutional priorities and community needs.
